I’m now using 4 norco per day..I don’t drink or smoke. Ive taken ambien 5mg and that assists but it really’s not recommended for seniors And it is not prescribed for me. Through no sleep and continually coping with pain I’m missing energy and enthusiasm for everyday pursuits. Your support can be greatly appreciated..regards MaggieIf you nee
